The Following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Richmond Consumer Freelibrary Broadcast Group website, and your use of the site will signify
your acceptance of these terms.

Content of Complaints and Other User Postings
The Richmond Consumer Freelibrary Broadcast Group strives to create a community
of respect, integrity, and proper behavior among our users. Please
note that you alone are responsible for the content of your messages,
and the consequences of any such messages. You agree
to abide by our guidelines in posting messages. Companies are protected by law from
false claims against them. Your complaint could be construed as
a claim about a company and may be subject to libel laws. Please
verify that all information submitted is accurate and factual.

Ownership of Content
All user submitted content, including complaints, become the property
of CFB, and are protected by copyright as collective works and/or
compilations, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions,
and other copyright laws. By submitting content, which includes
your member name, to any "public area" of the Site or Application,
including bulletin boards, or by submitting content for transmission
to a third party, you grant CBG, its affiliates, and the parties
to whom such content is addressed a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative
works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and
display the content and any copyright rights, trademark rights,
and other intellectual property rights contained therein (collectively,
the "Rights") (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate
it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known
or later developed, for the full term of any Rights that may exist
in such content. You also warrant that the holder of any Rights,
including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively
waived all such Rights and validly and irrevocably granted to
you the right to grant the license stated above.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE RICHMOND CONSUMER FREELIBRARY BROADCAST GROUP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR
APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SITE OR APPLICATION
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES
THE CONSUMER BROADCAST GROUP MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS
THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, APPLICATION, OR
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CBG OR IT’S AFFILIATES.
