Media Partners
CFB
is unique in that in addition to our Internet partners, we partner
with local broadcast television and radio stations in order to
unite the power of multiple media outlets and effectively resolve
consumer complaints. This convergence helps to better educate
consumers while firmly encouraging businesses to be proactive
and resolve consumer complaints. It also provides traditional
media outlets that would be otherwise unavailable. In addition
to posting consumer complaints on the Consumer Broadcast Group
website, consumers can automatically post their complaints through
our media partners. This allows consumers to utilize the power
of television, radio and/or the Internet to assist in resolving
their complaints.

in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN;,
a UPN affiliate, has been working with us for over a year and
a half. Jeff Baillon, an award winning consumer reporter, leads
the KMSP Consumer Action Team.
KDKA
in Pittsburgh, PA;,
a CBS affiliate, features Yvonne Zanos' Consumer Action Advantage
series. Yvonne's skill in uncovering the truth about consumer
issues has been acknowledged with several awards and distinctions,
including the Gabriel Award for humanitarian stories.
KPTV
in Portland, OR;,
a UPN affiliate, resolves consumer complaints through Ken Ackerman
& Anna Katayama's Consumer Action reports.
WBTV
in Charlotte, NC;,

an ABC affiliate is Maine’s consumer news source. Christine
Young is an award-winning investigative reporter whose work at
WMTW has earned her the Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia University Silver

Mendelson’s offers money saving tips, consumer news and a “best buy of
the day.” Alan Mendelson has received an Emmy and two Golden
Mike Awards for hosting "Mendelson's Best Buys" on KCAL
